What You’ll Be Doing We’re looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead our Dulux Trade team and drive exceptional financial performance across the ACT. In this influential role, you’ll shape and execute the state sales strategy, accelerate market share growth, and inspire a high‑performing team to consistently exceed customer expectations. As the face of Dulux Trade in the region, you’ll own key customer relationships, champion a strong safety-first culture, and ensure flawless sales execution across new housing, construction, commercial repaint, and maintenance. This is an exciting opportunity for a results‑driven leader who thrives on building empowered teams, executing strategy with precision, and delivering meaningful commercial impact. Strong commercial acumen with a background in budgeting, financial performance, and contract negotiation. Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to execute strategy at a regional level and drive results through people. Knowledge of the trade or construction sector is preferred. Proficiency in IT systems and CRM tools; experience with sales performance metrics and reporting. Why Join Us?
