Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline required.
* Postgraduate qualifications or certifications in WHS, Injury Management, or Training & Assessment a plus.
* AHRI membership or equivalent professional affiliation desired, but not required.
* Proven experience in a Human Resources Manager or Senior HR Advisor role within manufacturing, rental, or project-based industries.
* Demonstrated experience managing employee relations, payroll interface, injury management, and compliance.
* Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation, WorkCover regulations, and return-to-work programs.
* Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., Deputy, Xero) highly regarded.
* Proficient in workforce planning, data analysis, and HR reporting tools.
* High emotional intelligence with the ability to coach and influence across all levels of the business.
* Strong time management, with the ability to balance strategic focus and operational execution.
