We offer market-leading products and services, supported by some of the world’s best systems and processes. Within RBS, the Consumer Finance Domain is responsible for end-to-end P&L management, product design, credit risk, acquisition & portfolio management and customer experience for Consumer Spending and Consumer Lending. The Consumer Spending Crew has end-to-end responsibility for the Commonwealth Bank retail Credit Cards and our key consumer spending propositions. We consist of squads that look after the development of the consumer spending products, acquisition, the growth of our portfolio, our loyalty program and end-to-end process improvement. Within the Customer Engagement Stream, the Lifecycle Management and Engagement Squad is responsible for designing and delivering customer-first experiences that engage, educate, guide, and reward customers across their lifecycle. This includes driving effective onboarding, sustained engagement, and long-term retention. See yourself in the team The Senior Product Manager will lead the strategy, optimisation, and delivery of customer lifecycle initiatives that drive and deepen engagement of existing credit card customers and uplift customer outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate customer insights into clear priorities and measurable impact across lifecycle initiatives. What you’ll drive End-to-end customer lifecycle and retention strategy - Drive the lifecycle and retention strategy for existing customers, using customer insights and data-led analysis to shape portfolio strategies that align to customer needs and commercial outcomes. Strategy to execution - Turn insights and strategy into action by shaping campaign offer development, customer communications, and channel optimisation, while managing trade-offs to maximise impact. Communications and NBC delivery - Lead customer communications and delivery (marketing and non-marketing), with accountability for communication and campaign performance. Partner closely with marketing, advanced analytics, and data delivery. Senior stakeholder leadership - Lead and align senior stakeholders across portfolio and lifecycle management, setting clear direction and driving momentum across cross-functional initiatives. We’re looking for Customer-first thinking - Passionate about improving customer experiences and outcomes. Strategic mindset - Able to set direction, think beyond individual initiatives, and make trade-offs that deliver long-term value for customers and the business. Data-led decision making - Highly comfortable using insights and analytics to shape strategy, prioritise investment, and measure success. Collaboration and influence - Thrives in cross-functional environments, aligning priorities across domains and crews and driving outcomes through strong relationships.
