You’ll work closely with teams across the business, turn complex data into simple, smart decisions, and help us hit that magic 99.98% inventory accuracy. Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Data Analysis: Review inventory data, identify trends, and catch anomalies.
- Issue Investigation: Dig into stock discrepancies and fulfillment errors to find the root cause.
- System Audits: Perform regular audits to ensure inventory records are accurate.
- Loss Prevention: Develop and apply strategies to minimize shrinkage and inventory losses.
- Incident Reporting: Document findings, highlight risks, and recommend solutions to inventory related issues
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with all teams to refine inventory workflows including a detailed inventory plan to maintain DC inventory accuracy =>99.98%
- Insight Sharing: Provide data-driven recommendations to buying and merchandising teams.
- Reporting: Turn complex inventory data into clear, actionable reports.
- Manage reworks in DC, including gathering information, defining charge rates, coordinating labour, and applying chargebacks as needed.
- Implement and promote initiatives aligned with our values to improve efficiency, culture, or safety.
