Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact at our Information Desk, assisting customers and tenants with enquiries, phone calls, and mail distribution.
* You must be available to work on the weekends. The centre also has late night on Thursdays that you must be flexible for.
* Ensure an efficient and productive Customer Service Desk environment e.g., equipment serviced and maintained, office supplies maintained, management of lost property, facilitate mobility hire (wheelchairs, scooters and Kiddy cart hire) and gift card sales.
* Follow all risk and safety controls, including compliance and emergency management training as required.
* Ability to multi-task within the mall and provide general front desk help for our busy mall.
About You
* Someone who has flexibility over the weekends is key
* Is a warm, approachable, and professional communicator
* Previous experience in a customer facing role is a plus
* Calm under pressure, and able to multitask in a busy environment
* Someone who is a problem solver, and has the willingness to help
