POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the National Network Manager, the New South Wales State Network Manager will be responsible for providing business support, coaching, and resources to franchisees while driving growth in line with the responsibilities outlined below.
SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Foster strong, sustainable relationships with franchise owners and teams across New South Wales
2. Ensure consistent and equitable service to Century21 franchisees within the network
3. Conduct detailed DeskTop Analysis and develop follow-up action plans
4. Proactively communicate with offices on performance-enhancing initiatives
5. Participate in key events such as Annual Awards, Quarterly Awards, and Conventions
6. Maintain a record of each franchise owner's business objectives
7. Encourage the adoption of the Century21 Business Plan in all offices
8. Monitor financial performance by implementing management accounts and reviewing office figures to ensure profitability
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Required:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Experience in real estate
3. Ability to work independently
4. Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
5. Keen attention to detail
Preferred:
1. Previous experience with franchise organizations
2. Familiarity with webinar tools such as Zoom or Google Hangouts
