NeuroMoves by Spinal Cord Injuries Australia (SCIA) is excited to be recruiting for anExperiencedPhysiotherapist (Full time) to join our NeuroMoves Team!

Spinal Cord Injuries Australia (SCIA) is a member based national For Purpose organisation promoting independence for people with a spinal cord injury and other physical disabilities.Working together with our customers, our aim is to eliminate the barriers that restrict social inclusion for people with a spinal cord injury and other physical disability, developing a society which is accessible in every way.

About this job
* Based at our Lismore clinics, you will start off with an extensive and supportive induction program. Working closely with a Physiotherapy mentor, you will gradually build up to managing a caseload consisting of Spinal Cord Injuries, TBI, Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease, and more.
* Your role will include being a physiotherapy student supervisor, NeuroMoves has an extensive training program for all student clinical educators.
* Our clinic proudly operates in bright, open, gym-based space- making it a fun & collaborative community to work in!
* You will take a person-centred approach, and advocate for your clients' needs with various providers such as iCare, NDIS and equipment suppliers.
* As part of the national team, you will have access to professional development including internal opportunities such as senior physiotherapy supervision, international travel opportunities, clinical mentoring, regular training and webinar sessions, as well as external professional development supported by a very generous PD budget.

We pride ourselves on supporting a 'small team feel' at each NeuroMoves site, whilst still having access to the perks of being part of a larger national (NFP) organisation.

Remuneration will be matched to experience and whilst we are ideally seeking someone with at least 2 years experience, however new graduates are also welcome to apply.
