Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Service Manager. As the primary point of contact for customers, this individual will be responsible for building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
* Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
* Coordinate logistics and freight quotes as required
* Process sales orders and credits within our ERP system
* Collaborate with the team to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded
* Provide product information and pricing to customers
Skills & Experience Required:
* At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role or administration
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
* Friendly, polite, and well-mannered demeanor
* Leadership skills to manage a small team
* Self-motivation and reliability
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Desirable Qualifications:
* Experience in the pool and spa industry
* Proficiency in MYOB
