Job Title: Business Development Specialist
Holcim is a leading supplier of construction materials. We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team in Milton, QLD.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain customer relationships by identifying opportunities to supply construction materials
* Generate new leads by promoting the full product range within the territory
* Build brand loyalty and maximise revenues by providing exceptional customer service
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in B2B sales ideally gained within the Concrete / Construction/ Building Materials sector
* Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Experience in dispute resolution and claims management
