Central Station Lodge T/A 790 on George is conducting a search for an diligent Manager to join our energetic team in Haymarket, Sydney.
You will play a crucial role in delivering extraordinary services and contributing to the growth and success of our established business while delivering the quality services. We are medium sized city backpackers catering to a large dynamic of youth travelers. We pride ourselves in being the friendliest hostel in Sydney(there will always be exceptions) and strive to provide a accessibility and outstanding customer service at a budget price.

ability to recruiting, training and supervising staff
experienced in customer service, with a friendly, outgoing attitude with
confident in general administration, Microsoft office and, ideally, MEWS.
manage daily operations of all areas such as Guest services, Housekeeping and Maintenance
availability all around the week including weekends.
Good handle of OTAs and relevant social platforms
The ability to work effectively in a team is key to this role. Excellent spoken and written English is essential. The Manager position is a full-time, long-term role that includes working evenings and weekend days. In this role you will be doing everything that needs to be done in the hostel.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
