Reporting to the APAC Section Lead for Workplace Services Chapter, you will provide end-user support, including but not limited to:Manage incidents and service requests, create and maintain a knowledge base and work with our shared services team to ensure customer issues are resolved within defined SLAs.Support Windows laptops and mobile devices (iPad/iPhones), including imaging, deployment and general technical support (Level 2).Provide support for printing services.Support and manage workplace infrastructure and technology lifecycle and asset management to ensure business continuity.Provide support for meeting room technology and facilitation of virtual meetings and events.Design and lead user adoption programs, training and communication campaigns to support end-user and customer digital enablement; including user onboarding and offboarding.Identify and lead workplace digitalization initiatives to elevate user experience and productivity.Actively participate within an above-country squad and chapter setting as part of our networked organisation.Who you areYou are looking for a company where you have the opportunity to pursue your interests across functions and geographies.
