ANZ SALES MANAGER - INTRALOGISTICS. MELBOURNE OR Sydney

With growing demand and confidently ambitious growth targets, they are now seeking an ANZ Sales Manager.
About the Role
This is a high-impact player-coach leadership position, designed for an industry sales professional who thrives on both mentorship and complex deal execution. You will bridge the gap between high-level commercial strategy and daily execution, leading a growing team across Australia and New Zealand.
The role is split approximately 60% on personal sales execution—owning key and strategic accounts—and 40% on team leadership, coaching, and pipeline management. You will:
* Develop and execute regional strategies to meet annual revenue targets across ANZ.
* Lead, mentor and upskill the established diverse, multi-site sales team.
* Support the recruitment of further pre-approved sales headcount to grow the team further.
* Drive a 80/20 acquisition-heavy strategy, identifying emerging trends and capitalising on competitor shifts in the automation industry.
* Maintain a disciplined operating cadence within CRM and ERP systems to ensure total pipeline visibility and data accuracy.
About You
You are a technical sales authority with a boots-on-the-ground leadership style and a dedication to surpassing benchmarks. Well-networked, you are comfortable leading sales strategies from the front line, passionate about developing people and you possess the technical intuition to translate complex robotics features into clear, compelling business value. You can demonstrate:
* Proven experience selling warehouse automation, robotics or closely related capital equipment solutions (e.g., intralogistics, BHS, or MHS) within the ANZ market at Enterprise/SME level
* A demonstrated history of leading and developing technical sales teams, fostering a collaborative workplace where team members leverage each other's strengths.
* A strong track record of meeting or exceeding individual and team revenue targets in a consultative or solution-selling environment.
* An established network of industry relationships across ANZ with the connections to open doors and accelerate deals from day one.
* Advanced proficiency in Consultative, Solution, or SPIN Selling, combined with strong CRM discipline and pipeline hygiene.
* Excellent writing and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure proposed solutions are technically viable.
