Job Description:
 * Duties will include managing an allocated caseload and delivering timely therapeutic services to enhance participants' quality of life.
 * Clinical assessments will be conducted through observations and standardized evaluations to determine participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical function and capacity.
 * Evidence-based interventions will be implemented to help participants meet their goals and objectives.
 * Mentorship and guidance will be provided to early career clinicians to support their professional development.
 * Awareness of current legislation and regulations is essential to ensure compliance in the role.
The Occupational Therapy Specialist will provide therapeutic supports to NDIS participants residing in the Wollongong area and surrounding suburbs. The ideal candidate will possess expertise, maturity, and strong time management and organizational skills to succeed in this role.
