Seeking a VR GP to join a vibrant, community-focused health centre providing a broad range of primary healthcare services.

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated General Practitioner (GP) to join their team of healthcare professionals and contribute to their mission of improving health outcomes for individuals and families.
Position Highlights
* Mixed Billing structure
* 6 Consult Rooms
* 3 GPs currently
* 2 Full-Time Nurses providing support
* Onsite Allied Health services including Physio, OT, Podiatry, Dietitian, Carer Support Worker, and Legal services
* Paediatric services with an in-clinic Paediatrician
* Therapy programs available to clients
* A comprehensive range of primary health services including drug and alcohol support
Salary and Entitlements
* Annual Leave : 4 weeks + 4 days (full-time equivalent)
* Leave Loading : on total accrual
* Compassionate Leave : 5 days paid per instance (full-time equivalent)
* Superannuation : Paid in alignment with Superannuation legislation, including ordinary hours of work, overtime, and applicable allowances
* Paid Parental Leave : 6-12 months eligibility, with up to 8-14 weeks paid leave depending on service
* Family Violence Leave : 20 days per annum (non-cumulative)
* Personal Leave : Up to 190 hours pro-rata per annum
* Family Leave : Entitlement honoured for the first 12 months of employment
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality medical care to patients in a friendly, supportive environment
* Work closely with a team of GPs, nurses, and allied health professionals
* Contribute to the health and wellbeing of the local community
* Participate in ongoing professional development and training
