The Role of a Delivery Lead

* Key Responsibilities
* Plan and manage delivery using agile values and practices
* Facilitate sprints, agile ceremonies and team communication
* Remove blockers, track progress and champion continuous improvement
* Align squad delivery with business priorities and Salesforce release cycles
* Support the team in defining requirements and managing the backlog
* Evaluate work meets our standards for quality, security and compliance
* Coach junior team members and foster a positive, inclusive culture
About You
Experience as a Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Project Manager
Hands-on delivery of Salesforce projects or leading Salesforce teams
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and administration
Agile mindset, great facilitation skills and a knack for working with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
