They are currently growing extremely quickly, both organically and through acquisition.Due to this growth, they are looking for a technically strong and commercially minded professional who can drive new product development, improve existing formulations, and manage projects in collaboration with major national retailers.About the OpportunityReporting into the Head of Innovation, you’ll be leading end-to-end development projects from concept through to launch; including ideation, formulation, factory trials, and post-launch optimisation.
