We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Digital Communication Manager to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital communication strategies for Thalias brands: Topaz, Malis, Khema, GO, Siena, Sarno, Arunreas…
Create content including video content, and manage post schedules and campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok…
Write monthly newsletter & press release content.
Liaise with influencers and manage campaigns of influence.
Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics.
Coordinate with general managers to align company messages, promotions, and goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in digital marketing or a related field.
Proven experience in digital communications, social media management or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Khmer.
Proficiency in digital publishing software and analytics tools.
Strong understanding of the latest industry trends and technologies.
Familiarity with the hospitality industry and Cambodian market is a plus.
