Casual Receptionist Administrative Assistant

Mooloolaba Osteopathy and Massage Clinic – Mooloolaba QLD

We are a thriving allied health clinic, operating across two locations and providing exceptional care 7 days a week. We're on the lookout for an experienced, committed and enthusiastic administrative assistant to be a valued member of our frontline team on weekends and for fill-in/ relief work.

At our clinic, the bond between clients and receptionists is at the heart of what we do. As the first point of contact, you'll play a vital role in building meaningful connections and fostering long-term relationships between clients, therapists, and the clinic.

We're seeking someone who is well-presented, empathetic, and has outstanding people skills. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, have the ability to juggle tasks and stay calm under pressure while being an excellent team player, we'd love to hear from you

Experience with systems like Power Diary or other CRM tools—or the ability to pick up technical skills quickly—is a big plus.

Proven prior experience in small business, allied health clinics, or management is required.


What We're Looking For:

* A positive, solutions-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic who is looking for a long-term position
* Flexibility in work hours, including availability for weekend shifts and weekday relief work.
* Exceptional multitasking skills to assist practitioners, manage diaries, and coordinate high volumes of walk-in, phone, and online bookings.


Key Responsibilities:

* Welcoming patients and helping them with inquiries and bookings.
* Providing administrative support to practitioners and the clinic owner.
* Maintaining appointment schedules and keeping the day on track.
* Managing payments, health insurance claims, and Medicare rebates.
* Overseeing office duties, including stock management and cleanliness.
* Assisting with social media posts and practitioner correspondence.
