About the opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Team Administrator to support our legal and business operations teams in the Sydney office on an 18-month contract. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a variety of responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities
Provide administrative support, including room bookings, expense management, copying, scanning, database entry, filing, reception, and event support.
Assist with tasks as needed, with opportunities to expand responsibilities and cover for Legal PAs during leave.
Collaborate closely with Legal PAs and the Front of House team.
Support the team in firm-wide initiatives related to health, wellness, diversity, inclusion, and social activities.
Candidate Profile
At least 6 months’ experience in a customer-focused or administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Teams, and Word, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Additional Information
This in-office role requires full-time attendance during standard business hours (e.g., 8:30 am - 5:00 pm or 9:00 am - 5:30 pm).
