Property Valuation Expertise
We are seeking a highly skilled Property Valuation professional to join our team in this exciting opportunity. As a key member of the property valuation team, you will play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities and conducting market research. Your responsibilities will include analyzing properties to determine their estimated potential selling price range, assessing local authority town planning schemes and approvals, and providing market and demographic research analysis for various regions.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare detailed property overviews and case studies, and undertake comprehensive assessments and analyses of properties to determine their value.
* Analyze relevant local authority town planning schemes and approvals, and provide general market and demographic research analysis for major regions.
* Source and analyze sale transactions for development sites throughout Queensland, and maintain databases of sales evidence across various residential markets.
To be successful, you will need strong knowledge of the general residential and development site sector, as well as valuation principles and methodologies. You should also be proficient in Excel, have good report writing and communication skills, and be able to work efficiently and accurately.
Requirements
* Bachelor of Property Economics or Valuation, or similar qualification.
* Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute, or Registered Valuer (QLD).
