About The Role
We seek highly motivated individuals who are flexible team players capable of delivering a variety of operational activities in the Processing Plant. Training such as a Cert III in Resource Processing will be provided to help candidates achieve high operational standards.
Reporting to the Processing Shift Supervisor, you will maintain a safe work environment, demonstrate good judgment in troubleshooting plant issues, and operate on a 7 days on, 7 days off rotating day & night shift roster.
Core Responsibilities
Operate the processing plant effectively and efficiently to attain optimum grade and recovery targets safely and economically.
Comply with statutory requirements and safety, health, and environmental standards.
Operate forklifts and other nominated equipment and machinery safely.
Use minor equipment and hand tools as required.
About You
Ideal candidates will have mechanical aptitude and experience in crushing, grinding, flotation, wet gravity, and paste plants. Experience with operating equipment like forklifts, bobcats, excavators, EWP, Canter, IT, loaders, and 4WDs is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
