Mess Manager Job Description
The Defence Mess Manager will oversee the daily operations of defence mess facilities. This role involves ensuring safety and compliance, as well as managing staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day activities in the defence mess facilities.
* Evaluate and implement policies to ensure optimal service delivery, while prioritizing food quality, health & safety, asset care, sustainability and waste management practices across all facilities under their control.
* Manage a diverse team with different levels of experience to achieve goals by recruiting skilled professionals who share common goals that assist our Business Unit's success.
