**Allied Heath Office Assistant and Bus Driver**
**Location Oxley**
Part-Time 4 days a week - Mon, Wed, Thurs and Fri
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised Allied Health Assistant & Bus Driver looking to make a real difference through their work at Sapphire Living Services in Oxley.
**As an Allied Health Assistant & Bus Driver you will**:
- **Be instrumental in helping the wider Allied Health Professional team such as Clinicians, OT, Physiotherapists, Nutritionists, Allied Health Assistants with Administration using Microsoft Office and other ad hoc office duties**:
- **Transportation of clients from their homes to the day center either in groups or for private sessions.**:
- **Be responsible for maintaining the fleet of vehicles by organising the services, ensuring vehicles comply with safety standards and upkeeping the vehicles to a satisfactory cleanliness**

You'll be responsible for:
- Ensuring appropriate and timely transport to clients of the Day Therapy Service
- Assisting Allied Health staff in providing therapy services as required
- Assisting administration staff in the completion of all administrative requirements that arise within the service
- Assist in setting up, cleaning or putting away equipment for therapy services

**To join us, you'll need**:
- Current Bus Driver's License (minimum Light Rigid) & License to carry passengers (Driver Authority)
- Knowledge of Manual Handling techniques
- Previous work experience with Allied Health or Aged Care
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate
- Proven experience in administration using Microsoft Office Suite
- Procura Software experience is desirable
- The right to work in Australia
- National Police Clearance
- Proof of Covid19 vaccination
