The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering quality services that value the dignity and respect of people with disability. You will work collaboratively with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to develop and implement support plans that promote social inclusion and independence.
In this role, you will provide daily living support, including personal care, medication administration, mealtime management, domestic duties, mobility assistance, and community participation. You will also contribute to a safe and supportive environment, promoting the well-being and safety of clients at all times.
**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:
- Valid Australian driver's license
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (Yellow Card)
- Working with children check (Blue Card)
- National Police Check
- Full Covid-19 vaccination
- Flexibility to work within a 24/7 service, including weekend work, sleepovers, and active night shifts
