Culture and people first isn't just something we say – it's how we roll.THE ROLE:We're seeking a passionate Paid Social Specialist who delivers exceptional results and thrives in our collaborative, people-first culture. You'll live and breathe social media (in the best way possible) while working with high-profile clients who trust us with their brand, and precious ad spend.What You'll Do:Drive paid social campaigns, inform strategy, and oversee client performance. You'll need strong client relationship skills, full funnel paid social experience, proven paid performance results with strong ROAS expertise, and experience mentoring junior team members.Role Breakdown:Paid Social Campaign Implementation (40%) – The technical bitsClient Relationship Management (20%) – The fun stuff!Paid Social Strategy Development (15%) – The big brain energyCopywriting & Creative Management (15%) – The wordsmith magicReporting (10%) – The necessary evil (but we make it fun)KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Deliver exceptional client service, exceeding KPIs, timelines, and budgetsGenerate strategic ideas that make clients go "Why didn't we think of that?"Create comprehensive reports with insights so good, clients love reading themManage end-to-end paid social across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit (and whatever shiny new platform pops up next)Develop accurate scopes of work and monitor budgets like a hawkExecute strategy, media buying, ad copywriting, campaign building, optimisation, and reportingOversee junior staff and help them become social media legends tooCollaborate with our creative team to produce content that stops the scrollStay current on trends and educate clients on emerging channelsTHE EXPERIENCE:At least 3.5 years' experience in paid socialAgency side and eCommerce brand experience essentialExperience with driving customised creative for each social channel (one size fits none)Strong skills in analysing campaign performance and developing insights for future growthStrategic thinking or experience in strategy development (big picture thinker required)Extensive experience in performance reportingPaid search and programmatic experience highly desirable (extra points for being well-rounded)THE PACKAGE:Wired to You: A flexible hybrid working environmentLoads of extra leave (7 additional types), including Wiredmass in July - 2 extra days holidayInclusive and generous paid parental leave policy, plus extra support pre and post becoming a parent (covering both human and fur babies)Awesome office and ability to work anywhere in the world for up to one month a year (We call this WiredConnect)WiredWellness: Access to wellness initiatives, including mental health trainingReWired: Monthly team and cultural/social eventsWired Rewards: Benefits for time served inc. extra holiday and cash bonusesReady to get Wired?
