As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you will take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You will collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

Prime Location: 3 Nelson Avenue, East Perth, just minutes from Perth city. Free onsite parking and excellent bus access.
Centre Overview: 70-place centre with a warm, community feel. This role supports multiple age groups across the service, offering variety and flexibility.
Flexible Roster: Rotational shift pattern with programming time built into the rotation, giving educators time to plan thoughtfully.

You'll Need
* Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Current Western Australian Working with Children Check.
