This includes handling bookings, managing schedules, and making sure everyone has the right information at the right time. You’ll work closely with recruiters and finance to track costs, support invoicing, and keep systems and documentation accurate and up to date. When changes come up, you’ll stay calm and sort things efficiently. You’ll also have the opportunity to suggest improvements that make planning more efficient and help shape how logistics is done across the business.
