Our graduate program is designed to help you step confidently into your OT career, with structured supervision, flexible caseloads, and ongoing mentoring from highly experienced paediatric therapists.

Your First Six Months – Structured Support & Growth
- Weekly 1:1 clinical supervision and fortnightly peer supervision groups
- Initial shadowing period with experienced clinicians (Weeks 1–2)
- Gradual caseload ramp‑up:
- Months 1–2: Build up to 2–3 paediatric clients per week
- Month 3: Begin managing an independent paediatric caseload with senior support
- Month 6: Transition to a full paediatric caseload, with continued mentoring and guidance

About You
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
- AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
- NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, valid driver’s licence, and access to your own vehicle
