Join our supportive and experienced in-house marketing team as the resident Digital Growth Marketing Manager, managing digital campaigns, formulating compelling communication and channel calendars, overseeing the creation of eye-catching content and assets, and facilitating the digital growth across a broad portfolio of NORTEC brands, primarily:
* Preston Campbell Foundation – Supporting the community through health, education, wellbeing, youth mentorship, employment, and more by working directly with Preston Campbell & team
* PCF Lottery – An art union charity lottery that supports the community and is the main fundraiser for PCF Alliance initiatives
* Valiant Health – Anew branch of not-for-profit, 100% bulk-billed GP clinics with the goal of providing accessible healthcare to the broader community.
What You'll Do:
* Work closely with the General Manager, Digital Growth & Marketing, internal teams and external partners to plan, execute and optimise high-performing, multi-channel digital campaigns.
* Lead and manage the digital content workflow, providing direct guidance and support to the Marketing Content Coordinator to ensure high-quality, on-brand, and timely campaign delivery.
* Drive the strategic direction and execution of digital calendars across multiple brands, balancing paid and organic activity to deliver measurable growth outcomes.
* Design, deliver and optimise digital strategies and campaigns that build brand value, accelerate acquisition and retention, and outperform KPIs.
* Manage and optimise owned digital channels including paid media, email (Braze highly regarded), SMS, social (Meta Business Suite), search (Google & Bing Ads) and affiliate platforms, leveraging agency support where required.
* Turn data into action, using insights and analytics to track performance, report results and continually improve campaign efficiency and impact.
* Strengthen NORTEC's digital ecosystem from websites and CMS to digital assets to support sustainable revenue growth and engagement.

Essential Criteria:
* 6+ years' experience in digital marketing and paid media, with a strong track record of delivering revenue-driving campaigns.
* Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
* Demonstrated success in planning, executing and optimising multi-channel digital campaigns across paid and organic platforms.
* Proven experience leading, mentoring or managing team members, with the ability to drive high-quality output, accountability and performance.
* Hands-on experience with performance media platforms including Meta, Google Ads and associated analytics and reporting tools like GA4 & Looker Studio.
* Confidence working across digital ecosystems including websites, CMS, email and SMS platforms, and social media management tools.
* Strong analytical capability, with the ability to translate data and insights into clear actions and measurable outcomes.
* Current driver's licence, with the ability to travel across Southeast Queensland and Northern NSW as required.
* Full working rights in Australia.
Highly Regarded:
* Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and Google Ads, including campaign optimisation and performance reporting.
* Experience using EDM and SMS platforms such as Braze to support customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
* Strong working knowledge of Google Suite – particularly GA4 and Looker Studio to track performance, visualise insights and inform decision-making.
* Experience within the art union lottery sector, including working with providers such as Jumbo.
