Blackbook are partnered with an extremely high growth global manufacturer of innovative consumer products, supplying many of the world’s largest retailers. This is a fast-paced business that has become highly profitable while investing heavily back into the business, including an exceptional supply chain function which allows them to outplay competitors on price and speed. This newly created, creative, execution-focused role translates brand and product strategy into compelling in-store experiences. You’ll own planograms, point-of-sale design and retail display execution, ensuring ranges land with impact and convert at shelf. Working closely with Trade Marketing and Sales, you’ll combine design flair, CAD planning and commercial insight to deliver planograms, promotional displays and POS kits for global retail environments. You’ll also support tradeshows and new product launches, ensuring visual excellence across every touchpoint.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain planograms using CAD/space-management software to optimise layouts for sales impact and retailer requirements
- Design and develop POS displays, fixtures and promotional materials in partnership with Trade Marketing and Sales
- Maintain a global visual-merchandising toolkit, including POS guidelines and display specifications
- Prepare tradeshow visual layouts, booth design elements and setup instructions
- Conduct competitor display scans and recommend innovative merchandising approaches
- Ensure compliance with retailer-specific visual requirements and provide store-ready execution guidance
- Support post-launch evaluations with feedback and imagery to refine future strategies
About You
- 2–4 years’ experience in visual merchandising, space management or retail display design, within FMCG or Consumer Product sectors
- Proficient in CAD or space-management software (e.g. AutoCAD, SolidWorks, JDA/Blue Yonder)
- Skilled in PowerPoint/Google Slides; Adobe Creative Suite a plus
- Demonstrated success creating effective planograms, POS displays and promotional layouts
- Highly detail-oriented with strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple timelines
- Clear communicator who collaborates confidently across marketing, sales and design teams, including international stakeholders
- Commercially minded creative who balances design with retail and business objectives
