The successful Business Change Managers will be offered an initial 12-month contract with two 12-month extensions, based in ACT with onsite arrangements available.
The successful Business Change Managers will be responsible for, but not limited to: Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans Design and deliver communications, training, and stakeholder engagement initiatives Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations to guide business units Monitor and report on adoption, benefits realisation, and performance outcomes To be successful, the Business Change Managers will demonstrate: Proven experience delivering end-to-end change management within complex environments Strong stakeholder engagement and communication planning skills Expertise applying change frameworks (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, or similar) Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team and make a real impact
