Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator
A maintenance coordinator is required to join our team in Darwin, NT.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure efficient and effective execution of tasks. They will utilize their expertise in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and fabrication trades, along with proficiency in a CMMS (SAP), to maintain the technical integrity and production of the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain detailed maintenance plans and schedules for electrical and instrumentation systems.
* Utilize Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to manage work orders and maintenance tasks.
* Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
* Use SAP, Prometheus, Oracle, Primavera P6, MS Excel, and MS Project to create and manage schedules and reports.
* Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety standards and regulations.
* Monitor and report on maintenance performance, identifying areas for improvement.
* Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and execution of maintenance plans.
* Focus on safety, production, technical integrity, and budget adherence in all planning and scheduling activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proficient in the use of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
* Experience with SAP (preferred), Prometheus (preferred), Oracle, Primavera P6, MS Excel, and MS Project.
* Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
* Strong focus on safety, production, technical integrity.
* 10+ years of planning/scheduling experience in a similar hydrocarbon facility or related industry.
