Job Description
The SAP BTP Developer and Application Support Specialist will maintain and enhance our clients' SAP Business Technology Platform landscapes. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, deploying fixes, and developing minor enhancements for SAP cloud applications involving SAP Cloud Connector, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Identity Authentication Service, SAP Document Management Service, and SAP HANA.
The role requires collaboration with clients and internal teams to understand needs and deliver solutions, along with ongoing learning to stay updated on SAP BTP advancements. This position offers a dynamic environment for problem-solving and professional growth within a leading tech consultancy.
Qualifications
* Strong support knowledge of SAP BTP architecture and services
* Experience troubleshooting SAP Cloud Connector and Integration Suite issues
* Support experience with SAP Identity Authentication Service
* Familiarity with SAP Document Management Service
* Basic SAP HANA database skills, including SQL
* Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills
* Ability to manage support tickets and document solutions effectively
