AMX is a well-known Australian Motorcycle Accessories retailer open 7 days a week with 25+ store locations nationally and online. We're excited to be coming to Toowoomba and looking for a motivated and talented leader to guide our store and team to success. Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operation of the store and lead the team to achieve store KPIs, ensuring a high level of customer service and a positive shopping experience.
Drive financial management and operational standards to deliver revenue, profitability and stock integrity.
Manage merchandising, stock control and stock loss prevention, while ensuring a productive and engaged team environment.
Report to the Regional Manager and actively drive store KPIs, lead by example with enthusiasm and commitment to customer service excellence.
What you will have
Retail management experience
Demonstrated understanding of the key performance indicators for a retail business
Demonstrated ability to lead teams
Effective communication and motivational techniques to guide your team
Proven ability to achieve sales, wages, KPI's & stock loss targets
Understanding of Rostering
Ability to Train new staff – ensuring they understand expectations and able to deliver
Drive, commitment and resilience to do what it takes to grow a new business
Tyre Fitting experience will be advantageous
