What do you need to have?
* Cert III Individual Support or Equivalent
* Aged Care Facility experience
* 2 Covid Vaccinations + Booster
* Current Police check (within the last 12 months) or willingness to obtain
* NDIS Worker Screening or willingness to obtain
* First aid & CPR or BLS certificate
* Reliable access to means of transportation
What will you be doing?
* Be responsible for the clinical care of residents in Aged Care facilities.
* Lead a care team or be part of a care team delivering the highest quality, person-first, care to residents
* Documentation of vital signs, medication intake and resident assessments
* Assisting with meal consumption and monitoring nutrition.
* Family and resident education
* Infection control and prevention
* Assisting in admission and easing the transition for residents and their families
* Liaison with all stakeholders including residents, family, doctors and allied healthcare.
