Unley Glass is a successful family-owned South Australian business located at Panorama, our professional team of expert glaziers provide an exceptional level of customer service to our domestic, commercial and Government customers across Adelaide, South Australia.
With continued success and rapid expansion, we seek an experienced Administrator to join our fabulous operations team on a full time basis.

The Opportunity
You will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including receive and respond to a high volume of customer enquiries each day via phone, email and face-to-face. You will utilise government portals to view, action and process work orders, manage invoicing, process payments and prepare quotations.
Ideally you will have experience working within the glazing industry, however if you possess similar experience working in the building, construction or similar industry full training will be provided.
You will be well supported by a fun, friendly and collaborative team
To be successful for this role, you will have:
* A current unrestricted South Australian Drivers Licence
* A current National Police Check (valid within the last 12 months)
* Experience working in a similar role, within the glazing, building, construction or similar industry
* Sound knowledge and experience utilising Xero or a similar cloud-based accounting software
* Experience utilising government client portals to access and update work orders, etc.
* Sound MS Office experience, in particular Outlook with the ability to action and respond to high volumes of emails each day
* Experience preparing quotations
* Experience processing invoices and payments
* Strong data-entry and keyboarding skills
* Well-developed interpersonal skills, with a customer service focussed attitude
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
* Strong sense of urgency, problem solving and the ability to use your initiative
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Able to demonstrate initiative and work autonomously on a variety of tasks
* Flexibility to back-fill on a full-time basis during leave periods
