A small company dedicated to delivering great service and high quality products to their expanding base of customers, needs an enthusiastic admin all-rounder to become an integral member of their team.
You can work in a fun and creative graphic design and print environment.
The successful applicant must be extremely well organised, have an interest in bookkeeping and accounts, be self-motivated, and have the ability to be pro-active and professional. Excellent customer service and communication skills are a must.
Situated at the front of house, this role requires many varied tasks including:
- Invoicing
- Accounts receivable
- Following up on overdue accounts
- Answering phones
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Organising outgoing freight and despatch
- Maintaining an up to date database
- Print "finishing" duties including Pick and Pack
- PA duties for the general manager
- General office administration
The Applicant must have the following attributes:
- Strong attention to detail
- Work well under pressure
- Adaptable and organised
- A good hear for numbers (Year 12 maths or accounting is an advantage)
- A love of customer service
- Computer literate and confident (XERO experience is an advantage)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Can do attitude
- A quick learner
**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
