YOUR NEW ROLE
As a valued senior lawyer reporting to and being mentored by 2 industry-leading commercial/property law partners with flourishing practices and blue-chip clients, you will love the variety +challenge of drafting/advising on:
* leases (commercial/retail/telco/government); PLUS EITHER
IF YOU ARE A COMMERCIAL LAWYER:
* directors/shareholder issues;
* all types of commercial contracts & transactions including sales/purchase of business & assets, business ownership agreements, IP licensing, franchising, loans/mortgages, agency/distribution agreements, confidentiality/restrictive covenants, employment contracts, trust deeds etc.
OR
2. IF YOU ARE A PROPERTY LAWYER:
* sales/acquisitions (conveyancing) of residential/commercial/industrial/retail properties;
* complex and large property developments/subdivisions;
* licences;
* mortgages/loans;
* ancillary local government/environmental+planning issues.
OR
3. If you are BOTH a property+commercial lawyer, flexibility to engage in either 1 or 2 above or both 1 & 2.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
* have minimum 4 years (or more) PAE experience in leasing (commercial/retail) AND EITHER residential/commercial property conveyancing AND/OR commercial law transactions;
* have proven ability to manage your own commercial/retail leasing (essential) PLUS property AND/OR commercial law files highly autonomously from start to finish;
* have strong technical legal knowledge + research and drafting skills+ commercial acumen to deliver practical advice;
* possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
* are results-oriented, deadline driven with an enthusiastic positive attitude;
* are hungry to advance your career with a high profile leading firm that values and invests in their staff long-term.
