Position Description
You will work closely with three partners and other senior members on the team, dealing with clients in contentious and non-contentious matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Mentoring junior staff
* Dealing with marketing and client interaction
* Drafting employment contracts
* Advising on disciplinary processes and workplace investigations
* Implementing industrial strategies
* Defending unfair dismissal
* Providing preventative measures and dispute resolution

Requirements
We are seeking a well-rounded and motivated senior associate with at least 4 years' post-admission experience in a reputable practice.
The ideal candidate will have a mix of litigation and workplace advisory experience.
In addition, you should have:

* In-depth knowledge of current laws
* An ability to cooperate with partners and take responsibility independently when required
