About the Role
We are seeking an experienced surveying professional with strong technical expertise in surveying methodologies and software applications. As a Survey Services Lead, you will oversee and manage all survey operations across projects, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely survey services are delivered to support construction, civil, and infrastructure works.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise survey teams across multiple projects, applying strong project management skills and fostering effective collaboration with project managers, surveyors, sales teams, subject matter experts, and clients.
* Oversee the use and maintenance of survey equipment and software, and manage the allocation of survey resources, equipment, and personnel to meet project demands.
* Monitor and enforce compliance with WHS regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
* Manage financial aspects of project delivery to ensure alignment within budget requirements.
Requirements:
* University qualification or TAFE Diploma in Surveying.
* Minimum 5-7 years of professional surveying experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
* Strong technical expertise in surveying methodologies and software applications, plus a comprehensive understanding of survey principles, methods, and industry practices.
