Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support our team with administrative tasks and play a crucial role in managing internal systems and processes.


Key Responsibilities

* Ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of practice management software.
* Configuring, improving workflows, and troubleshooting issues on the back end of firm software (e.g., XPM, FYI, FuseSign, FuseDocs, Seamlessness).
* Providing IT assistance and supporting system-related initiatives.
* Championing process improvements and technology adoption across the organization.
* Managing client onboarding and offboarding procedures.
* Handling sensitive client and internal data through accurate data entry.
* Assisting with various administrative processing tasks across the business.
* Booking and managing client appointments efficiently.
