The Opportunity

As a Curriculum Data Management Analyst, you will manage, maintain and optimise the University's curriculum data and rules within key systems, working closely with the Curriculum Data, Systems & Administration team and a wide range of stakeholders. You will guide the design and implementation of curriculum rules, streamline processes, and support strategic objectives to improve student outcomes.
In this role, you will analyse curriculum changes, resolve complex curriculum issues, and provide expert advice to ensure effective, compliant solutions. You will also build stakeholder capability through training, monitor curriculum activity to identify improvement opportunities, and maintain procedures to ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all curriculum data and record-keeping processes.
This role suits someone who thrives in complex data environments, enjoys problem-solving, and has a strong aptitude for understanding system logic and rules, alongside meaningful collaboration.
This is a full-time, ongoing position based at our Penrith campus, with hybrid working arrangements available subject to approval.

About You
You are an analytical thinker with a passion for clarity, accuracy and continuous improvement. You enjoy translating complexity into actionable solutions and have the confidence to guide stakeholders through evolving curriculum landscapes.
You will also bring:
* Relevant qualifications and/or substantial professional administration experience in a large, complex organisation.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a record of innovative problem-solving and sound judgement.
* High competence working with relational databases and enterprise systems, experience with curriculum systems or DegreeWorks is highly regarded.
* The ability to organise, interpret and streamline large volumes of complex information with a service-focused mindset.
* Proven autonomy and the confidence to negotiate, influence and guide stakeholders towards future-proof solutions.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels and work collaboratively or independently in a high-volume environment.

Remuneration Package:
HEW Level 7 - $124,203 to $133,967 p.a. (comprising Salary of $104,953 to $113,204 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading).
