About this Opportunity
We are now seeking to recruit an experienced and motivated Production Operator who is ready to make a positive impact to the business. The opportunity is for a full time permanent position.
About you:
We require a team-oriented and highly skilled Operator who is:
* Self motivated; able to work shift work and overtime as required
* Has a strong focus on safety and quality
* Previous experience in operating fillers and packing production lines in the food industry is preferred
* Exceptional fault finding / troubleshooting skills
* Effective communication skills and have a solid understanding of GMP and HACCP principles
* Sound numeracy and literacy skills are required.
* SAP system experience will be highly regarded.
You are a dedicated individual, flexible and adaptable to work a variety of work rosters, show attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to build positive relationships and rapport within the business.
