This esteemed property organization seeks a diligent Property Administrator/Coordinator to join their dynamic team at one of their premier shopping centres in Canberra. Reporting directly to the Centre Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day operations and administration of the centre.
About the Role
* Process workflows and manage internal systems efficiently
* Maintain and update databases with precision
* Perform account reconciliations with accuracy
* Assist with monthly rent roll processes and tenant invoicing
* Provide daily support to the Customer Service Desk (open/close procedures)
* Bank and reconcile gift cards diligently
* Support rent collection and arrears processes effectively
* Keep insurance registers up to date meticulously
* Offer general administrative and accounts support as needed
Requirements
* Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Prior experience in admin, finance, or property support roles is highly desirable
* Retail or shopping centre experience is a plus but not essential
* Be highly organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to a team
