The Opportunity, Roles, and Responsibilities
Full-time position working at our sites across Brisbane, Monday to Friday
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of residential construction sites, ensuring each NUVO home is built safely, efficiently, and to the expected quality standard.
This role is hands-on and site-based, overseeing trades, coordinating deliveries, monitoring programme, and managing a quality, compliant site. The Site Supervisor is the primary on-site representative of NUVO Homes, setting the standard for workmanship, professionalism, and safety.
The Site Supervisor reports directly to the Construction Manager, who provides direction, support, and escalation assistance. At NUVO, this role is about ownership and accountability on site, with the backing of a strong construction leadership structure. Communicating effectively between site and office teams is a regular responsibility.
Your Experience
Supervisors at all experience levels are welcome to apply, with the following being a necessity:
Experience supervising residential construction projects.
A strong understanding of residential building standards and codes, construction sequencing, and WHS obligations.
QBCC Site Supervisor licence or eligibility.
Experience using construction management systems (e.g. JACK).
Valid driver's license.
To be a successful Site Supervisor at NUVO Homes, you must have the following skills:
Strong knowledge of residential construction methods.
Excellent communication, organisation, people management, and time management skills.
Calm, practical, and solutions-focused.
High attention to detail and quality.
Ability to manage multiple trades and priorities.
