Aboriginal Health Professional
This role is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of Aboriginal children and families in Tamworth. As an Aboriginal Health Professional, you will provide flexible, holistic, and culturally responsive health services to Aboriginal families with children aged 0-8 years accessing health services.
About the Role
* You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working alongside experienced professionals to deliver innovative health services that improve outcomes for Aboriginal children and their families.
* You will have the opportunity to work closely with community members, foster positive connections between community and Health Services, and partner with Closing the Gap initiatives.
Requirements
* A minimum of a Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification deemed by the employer.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* A commitment to equity, dignity, and inclusion in all aspects of your work.

* You are passionate about working with Aboriginal communities, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
* You are confident in managing competing priorities, with strong time management skills.
* You communicate effectively and respectfully with a diverse range of people, from families and children to medical professionals and external agencies.
