About the role This role offers a broad mix of employment, workplace health and safety and privacy-related advisory work. You’ll be involved in employment strategy and best-practice advice, investigations, disciplinary processes and restructures, as well as personal grievances, mediations and litigation. The role also includes supporting major corporate clients on significant transactions and workforce change projects. You’ll work closely with experienced partners who are actively involved in matters and invested in mentoring. The work is high quality, varied and intellectually engaging, with flexibility supported in how and when work is done.
