Key Responsibilities:
Client Advisory & Relationship Management:
1. Provide tailored financial advice to a diverse range of clients including individuals, families, and business owners and entities like Trusts, SMSF's.
2. Conduct in-depth client reviews, identifying financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment needs.
3. Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies including retirement planning, wealth management, tax planning, and estate planning.
Compliance & Regulatory Adherence:
1. Ensure all financial advice and practices comply with relevant industry regulations and company policies.
2. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and financial transactions in line with compliance requirements.
3. Participate in regular training and professional development to stay compliant with regulatory changes.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
* Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Financial Adviser Standards and Ethics Authority (FASEA), or equivalent qualification.
* Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in financial planning or advisory roles.
* Deep understanding of financial products, investment strategies, tax laws, and retirement planning.
