About the Role
Child Protection Caseworkers play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children and families. This position involves collaborating with parents, family members, and children to develop safety plans and complete risk assessments.
We are currently recruiting for dedicated professionals to work in Armidale, Glen Innes, Inverell, Moree, Muswellbrook, Narrabri & Tamworth.

Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to reports about safety concerns surrounding children or young people who may have been harmed.
* Work collaboratively with other agencies to engage in complex problem solving.
* Assist families in formulating goals that align with their needs and provide appropriate assistance through home visits.

What We're Looking For
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A valid driver's licence (P1 or above).
* A paid working with children clearance number.
