Job Title: ICU/PICU Quality Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our quality management initiatives in the ICU/PICU department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review clinical incidents to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance patient outcomes.
* Support and monitor quality improvement programs to ensure alignment with National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.
* Facilitate regular meetings with healthcare teams to discuss key issues, address concerns, and action plans.
* Collaborate with clinicians, nurse managers, medical directors, and other stakeholders to promote a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence.
* Contribute to continuous learning and system improvement through audits, action planning, staff education, and accreditation preparation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in a relevant field (e.g. nursing, medicine, healthcare management).
* Minimum 3 years experience in quality management or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
